My Grandfather, the late William Light, Sr. launched a life long career as a road contractor beginning in 1948 with a road and bridge job for the State of Ohio. My father, William Light Jr. took over in 1974. He then passed the reigns to me in 1998.
It is our policy at the Wm. Light Paving Company to view each job as if it were for ourselves. We want to feel good about the finished product when the work is done. We like to be able to say...

We propose methods to repair and resurface cracked and weather torn pavement and present cost effective proposals that utilize the present value of the existing pavement.
